BIRTHDAY CAKE ADVENTURE – Nov 14, 2011
YUM… who doesn’t love birthday cake! I just met a lovely lady and we hit it off right away! To come to find out, the next week was her birthday so, a birthday cake was a must for a New Friend! I got the opportunity to practice my baking skills and provide a delicious cake for her and her twin brother at their Birthday Party! The cake was good and the PARTY was so fun!! I got to meet fun people that will hopefully be the beginning of Great Friendships here in Missouri!!
ROSE ICING CAKE
I absolutely love cake and frosting and decorating and cupcakes! Above is an image of one of the cakes I am working on mastering! Rose Icing Layered Cake! I have currently taken on making the wedding cake for my friend Angela! Instead of the typical traditional wedding cake, Angela is seeing a “cake table” for her wedding! This is going to be fun!
Remember to come back and see the “test” cakes! Now… I just need to figure out what to do with all the cakes… Even though I do love cake, I can’t let myself eat all of them.
